2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ToonBooth immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches. ToonBooth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

3. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the App ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant ToonBooth a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant such license.

4. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites or services. ToonBooth is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services. You are advised to review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ToonBooth disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights. ToonBooth does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

ToonBooth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if ToonBooth has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The content of the Services, including the App, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices displayed on the Services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, Clark County, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

ToonBooth reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on the App or by sending you an email. You are advised to review the Terms of Service periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms of Service become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
