• Photos: You may choose to upload photos from your device's library to create cartoons within the App. We do not store the actual content of your photos - only a reference to their location on your device. This is necessary for the core functionality of ToonBooth - transforming your photos into cartoons.

6. Apple Privacy Features and Your Choices

• Location Services: ToonBooth does not require location access for its core functionality. You can deny location services permission for the App if desired.
• Photos Library Access: ToonBooth requires access to your photos library to allow you to upload photos for cartoon creation. You can grant or revoke access within the Settings app.
• Limited Ad Tracking (LAT): ToonBooth does not currently utilize targeted advertising. However, you can control LAT within Settings to limit ad tracking across apps and websites.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. International Transfers
